The Day of My Birth

So. It’s done. Even in Texas, my birthday is now officially over. [But if we keep going west...] I have to say it’s been a good birthday. I was able to see and talk to a lot of people who I normally would not be able to see. I drove this morning to Fort Wayne, IN to visit JaNae. I got to see their house and cute little dog Scarlet. We went out to lunch and, of course, to the mall. I mean, we HAD to. It’s tradition. In the afternoon I drove back to mom & dad’s house and we took each other out to dinner. Me for their anniversary [36th], and they for my birthday! We went to W.G. Grinders! In piqua! I was so excited when I found it the other day. After that I spent the rest of the evening with Karla and Mel and we watched HP4. Excellent movie, I just wish there was more time to fit in the ENTIRE rest of the book! So here I am, posting at the end of the day. I received many, many phone calls and text messages from everyone wishing me a happy birthday – and thank you. I hope you all enjoyed “Pi” as much as I did. Although, even though I’ve been eating constantly for the past several days….I still need some cake and ice cream. Time to raid the kitchen. Later.
