Monthly Archives: September 2008 Heard about this one on the radio the other day. The guy updates it for every presidential election apparently. Milton Friedman explains what happened during the great depression and what the role of the federal reserve is during economic ups and downs. I found this video HERE Just got a foam roller. Oh my goodness. I love it. It helps improve flexibility, work on sore/tight muscles and reduce injury. Here is an exercise sheet that shows how to use it. And here is a video that shows several ways to use the roller. So awesome, and totally worth the $25.  Just an idea. What would you all think if the winner of the plank challenge got their own, hand-made sock monkey? Sort of like this one that I made for my friends’ new little girl. ???? |
