Monthly Archives: October 2008 We did awesome. We not only survived the race without MAJOR incident, but we also finished ahead of our projected time, and ahead of AT LEAST ONE OTHER TEAM. The cookie van, I believe. There may be more, but we were just happy not to be last. I’ll post more later, just wanted to put... Our team leaves for San Antonio TOMORROW! That means I run in 2 (and 3) days! Just in case you didn’t pop over to the SWAT page and read our teams “5 Questions” responses, here were mine. What is your proudest running moment so far? Actually running a half-marathon, and not stopping. What scares/freaks you...  We went to the Fort Worth Japanese Gardens yesterday to test out our new camera. Plus, it was a GOOORRRRGGGEEEEOOOOUUUUSSSS day. We kept thinking up things to do outside so that we could enjoy the weather. We love this camera, it’s totally – awesome.
