Tag Archives: fun As most of you know, we were blessed with a new baby boy this Spring. As some of you also know, I was “blessed” with a completely non-functioning computer at about this same time. All of that means that there were a couple of sessions (with the most patient clients in the world!) that took…  I tried something new. Not new to photography, just new to me. We set up a photo booth at the wedding I just photographed. No actual booth. It’s a simple background, some lovely light, AWESOME people ready to have a good time, and me with my camera. The bride and groom were so psyched about…  Honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. Yes, some things always get a little out of whack on the day of a wedding: it’s pouring down rain during picture time, maybe someone (no names to protect the guilty left the rings at the hotel, and sometimes stuff can just stress you out. The forecast for…  Being home, playing on the piano with my nieces and nephews…and sister, renews my need for a piano of some sort in this house. Now, I’m sure at some point I’ll manage to get a good keyboard at least. Someday, should we happen upon a handy estate sale or auction or something with a cheapo…  You’ve met Mr. O – he’s that adorable baby yawning in rotation on the blog header. But my oh my has he grown. When I was in Ohio I got to photograph/try to keep up with him again, thanks Mel & Jason! Those eyes!! He gets me every time. |
